It really is a shame that Kiki didn't go. With any luck, she will go next week. What is really depressing is that Melinda "Have you seen my neck or my star quality?" Doolittle is probably going to win the whole thing.
Chris kind of knew his number was up, but Phil had just started to gain some momentum! Oh well, I guess if you are going to get voted off, "Blaze of Glory" is one of the best possible songs to sing out on.

It is sad to see a guy get the boot after his best performance but maybe it was too little, too late for Philly Phil. Chris seemed quite confident he was on the outs and honestly it was time for Little JT to go home [back to the place where he belongs].
Next week Barry Gibb is the Idol "coach" and the theme is Boogie music. WTF?

As much as I like Melinda and I think on talent alone (not looks, hip-ness) she will not win although I will still vote 100 times for her each Tuesday night.
I think it will be between Jordin and Blake and Blake is going to win. His small mouth still bothers me and most likely I will listen to his CD once and never listen to it again but he seems to be the favorite cuz he is hip, happening ie. He may win.
With Sanjaya, Phil and Chris off..it has really turned into a real competition although I think Phil should have stayed and KiKi should have packed her bags.

I think she is different, a young Gladys Knight or a young Tina Turner. Now is there room for this on Mix 98.5. No..so they will have to market her for like a BOS station, light hits. Jordin and Blake will definitely be on the other stations but what is really popular. This world is getting older but I guess they aren't the ones buying these CD's now! I wish them all the best but as far a JT's comments on the best is yet to come.........ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Let's just say after this 15 minutes of fame, don't quit your day job, or don't be a fool and stay in school.
